I had a small hiccup with the room but they handled it professionally. The only downside is that City Square and Komtar are about a 15 mins walk away (not the easiest to navigate) and I had to keep using private hire cars to get there. Nevertheless, I would book with the hotel again. “

Only recommendation for improvement: The doors are closing very loudly, and at night you will hear those of neighbours around you, even on the floors above or below yours. I put earplugs and it was fine then.“

„We only stayed for one night, but our room was very nice and the room service food was great. The only hickup was that room service missed a few of our items and it took a long time to get everything to the room (we were halfway through the dinner when our drinks arrived). But the food was delicious. Breakfast is really good as well! “
