„The bedsheets, pillow sheets and towels have stains. The room also has an odour. Parking is NOT free (despite hotel stating its free) and you have to download the msia app and pay yourself. The toilet was also poorly ventilated. We have to checkin using machine outside the hotel. When we approach staff as we have issues with the booking reference after some time, she just give us a number to use the check in machine which is outside of the hotel. She could have just helped process our booking ...

„It is the first time we tried to stay in JB, hence it was very challenging to search for suitable hotel. Luckily we manage to find this hotel from hotel.com recommendation. Room is simple but generally green, toilet cleanliness on the wall can be improved.
