„We came to Suffolk to do some family tree research and Orford was a great place to stay. Although there wasn't dedicated parking, there was always plenty of space in the market square. The village itself is a lovely place to stay, with plenty of places to walk and explore. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and well equipped. “

„Stunning property in a beautifull location, only a stones throw from Bury St Edmunds, quiet and tranquil with all the amenities you need for a peaceful stay. Owner was on hand if required, loved the little touches of local bread, milk and orange juice, fab stay.“

„After a week in London this was the perfect place for our family of five to have some calm days to relax. The house is clean and cosy, everything you need in the kitchen. Really nice bedrooms, and a beautiful private garden. The surroundings are amazing, we recommend strolling through Aldebourgh, boating in Thorpeness and the Framingham Castle! Many thanks to Abi, who takes great care of this house, with her own pictures on the walls!“

„Beautiful house, great location and exceptionally clean and very well equipped. All the rooms were really comfortable and spacious. The only slight problem was setting the temperature of the shower over the bath, it was quite difficult to get it to run at a moderate heat, either too hot or not hot enough. Apart from that it was a brilliant stay in a lovely, comfy house“

„Lovely cottage with everything you would need for a stay. Experienced owners who have meticulously thought of everything. Nice and clean. Sat in garden which had pretty flowers to admire. Had a lovely time. Wouldn't fail to recommend it to anyone. Cottage is convenient for shops and pubs.“

„Unkept garden ( not usable), no dustbin, next door to noisy / very smelly fish and chip shop, very narrow and very steep stairs. Property was ver clean, manager was excellent. “

„The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds, ...

„Thoroughly enjoyable week. Ideal for a large group with children. Lots of amenities, books, toys and games. Everyone enjoyed the tennis court and the children the hot tub. We were celebrating a birthday holiday so had a couple of meals out in Woodbridge, the BBQ for 18 of us worked really well, with us all gathering around the long table in the Dairy Hall. One family with 8 month old son were ideally catered for in the Granary. Plenty of walks around the local fields with open spaces for walking ...

„The house wasn't clean when we arrived.The sink was blocked which was resolved the next day.The TV was broken as were all the venetian blinds with slats missing. (Unresolved)The driveway is very steep with a lot of broken slabs.On the positive side the house is a decent size but very unloved.The pictures are deceptive as to the condition of the property and needs urgently evaluating.“
