„I had an awesome stay at Costa del Sur. I chose that location because there was a wedding of friends nearby. Nice hotel, clean rooms, etc. But what was OUTSTANDING was the friendlyness of the staff. This was especially evident when they helped me finding my cell phone that I forgot in a cab.“

This was the most beautiful hotel resort that I have ever stayed at. We can’t wait to come back again. All the employees were very nice, helpful, polite, kind, and funny. The room was spectacular. „Good location, directly at the beach, close to the Malecón. Just very limited parkinglots available.
Just 2 drinks per person at once and just in their cups - they won’t fill any cooler or anything else and if you want to bring drinks to some friends, they need to be with you.
Beach is quite crowded in the afternoons.
Food selection is very limited. Quality of the food is okay. We eat 2 dinners outside during a 4 night stay. “

„Hotelzimmer war schön, sauber & geräumig. Die Lage ist optimal (nah zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants), nur die laute vorbeiführende Straße stört. Selbst Zimmer (allerdings 1.Etage) am weitesten von der Straße entfernt hat daran nicht geändert. kein eigener Strandzugang-mit Hotelarmband gewährt aber das Nachbarhotel Zugang. Anfrage nach Zimmer in oberer Etage wurde leider nicht realisiert.
Leider schlechte Erfahrung mit Taxi, welches beim Hotel bei Abreise angefragt wurde. Der ...
