„We specifically chose Dam Site Lodge because the property appeared to be a quaint, charming place to stay rather than a typical hotel along the highway. Unfortunately, the actual condition of the room was extremely disappointing and, in some respects, genuinely concerning.
When we entered our room, we found dead insects, as well as a cigarette butt left inside the room. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were unacceptable.
