„Property was as advertised. Host provided clear details and was very repsonsive. Beautiful large deck to take in the views. The home was very clean, has a nice sitting area to relax, well-appointed kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms were a good size and the host provided many basic amenities such as coffee and toiletries. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay with great views, this is the place to stay.“

„Communication was excellent with the owner. The area is beautiful! If you want fancy and a lot of amenities nearby this might not be for you. We only stayed one night—wedding in the area but had to get up Norrh of Denver to spend time with family. We plan to come back for a longer stay at Base Camp.“

„We were pleasantly surprised by this cozy gem of a home, which was perfect for two couples with separate living areas upstairs and down annd lots of little extras. Extremely well equipped, nicely decorated and easily accessible - it surpassed our expectations. We’d love to come back one day! “

„We Enjoyed our overnight stay. The set up was lovely and peaceful, and we appreciated the heated mattress pad on a chilly night. It would be ideal if there was a more pedestrian friendly way to get from the property into town, but otherwise we enjoyed the location. “

„really close to Red Rocks. we were in town for a show. This place had everything we needed. however we did encounter wasps inside the Vrbo every morning not sure if theres wasps coming in from a nearby nest or something. “

„The property was quite lovely. The views are amazing. We stayed here to go to a concert at Red Rocks, about 40 minutes away. This would have been a fairly uneventful stay, but the day we arrived there was 8 inches of snow on the ground in early May! By the time the morning came it was over a foot! Fortunately, we had heeded the requirement to get a 4wd vehicle for our stay and had one capable enough to get up the road, and then out again. „The house and area is beautiful, and perfect for a girls weekend away. The hot tub was a net add, and it was relaxing to enjoy in the gorgeous mountain scenery.“

„This property was very cozy, definitely meant for adults and not children as it is smaller. The bedroom with all of the windows opened up to the perfect view of the mountains in the morning.
