„We came for a concert at Red Rocks and to do some sightseeing. The house was clean and stylish. It felt like a real treehouse-the views are lovely. It has an amazing outdoor area also. The AC/heat works very well and there is a nice cross breeze in the sleeping loft. It’s a very unique and well done space. One note: the ladder to loft is very sturdy and well made but pretty long and high so think about who is going to be sleeping in the loft and if they can handle the ladder!“

„Everything was there if you needed it and the comfort and views were amazing! So close to red rocks and so much more! The sauna was a pleasant surprise! Very quiet location.We will definitely be booking here again when we come back to Colorado and telling our friends and family!!! “
