„The unit was clean and nicely decorated, and contained everything we needed for our brief stay. I appreciated the labels on all the light switches, and the fresh flowers. This was our first stay in this unit, but third stay in the complex. This unit was much more accessible than the others, only about 15 stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Once inside, the only steps were a couple down to the sunken family room. So, if you like the complex but are averse to stairs, this is a good ...

„We stayed here for a girls trip and this suite was just incredible. Beautiful, clean, light-filled space, great views of the mountains, really comfy beds. Location is incredible right by the river and all the cute ships and restaurants downtown. The Palace Hotel is iconic and so thankful we are able to stay here still! “

„There is road construction through town but it did not take away from the charm or beautiful surroundings. It made walking easier too because the traffic is slow and alllows for crossing the roads. The side walks are still accessible too.“

„Perfect location. Great value for 2 adults (couch could be used for young child also). Clean, lots of linens. No dishwasher but washer and dryer available (but used by others at the adjoining condos and coin operated). Easy walking distance in downtown Durango. “

The condo is exactly as described and is equipped with all the cookware you might need, utensils, spices, etc. We enjoyed Ann's dog-friendly condo so much and hope to stay again in the the future.The location is great, being within a very short walk to the town center of Buena Vista. „My parents and I had a fantastic stay here! We came for 3 days of skiing and this place did not disappoint. The location was absolutely perfect and we were close to everything we needed, especially the slopes! Last, but not least, the hosts were responsive and provided everything including snacks after a long travel day. I have already recommended this to a friend traveling in the summer and would absolutely recommend this for parties of 2-3 traveling through the area. “
