„I was slightly worried about the location (near the back of the complex) but property was cozy, quaint, and perfect for a quick weekend getaway for hiking and concert at Red Rocks! Walkable to the Edgewater Market and Sloan lake as advertised. Host was accommodating and responsive. While the mattress could use an upgrade, the condo was clean and had several personal touches. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!“

„The property was incredible. The location is perfect for roaming around downtown. The basic necessities were provided, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we wanted to cook some small dishes. Parking was convenient and check-in/check-out was very easy.“

„Perfect place to stay for 2 guests max, kitchen and living are nice. Footsteps along with dog can be heard from downstairs, but not bad. We didn’t have any communication with the host about check out instructions. I sent a message Saturday asking for instructions but didn’t receive a response, so we did what we thought needed to be done. Overall we enjoyed our experience, and would say here again. “

„Classy condo with great views and amenities. Plenty to do within walking distance and easy to get onto the freeway. The beds are extremely comfortable with nice bedding. Kitchen is well-stocked and the coffee was delicious too. Thank you for a wonderful Denver experience.“

„Great location and beautiful property. To note: It is a basement suite and you do hear footsteps in the morning. It didn’t bother us, but perhaps if you were a light sleeper it might. We would 100% stay again if we have the chance. Clean and stocked with everything you might need - puzzles were a bonus! Thanks for letting us stay :)“

The condo is well stocked but anything we were missing could be grabbed with a short walk to Walmart or target. Lots of bars,restaurants, and breweries close buy. Brian was very pleasant to work with and gave us a ton of great suggestions on near by places. Would definitely stay here again. “
