„The location on the water was very good and that is the most noteworthy thing about the accommodation. Everything looks much better in the pictures on Expedia than it actually is. Unfortunately, both the room and the furniture are very worn. The towels were yellowed and had holes. The fabric covers on the chairs were stained and had burn holes. In addition, the cleaning was superficial at best. In many corners there is dust from days long gone. It's a shame, it could be much better.“

„Das Zimmer und das Bad sind relativ klein, insbesondere das Bett war viel zu klein und wingekeilt an drei Seiten, man muss also übereinander rübersteigen und die Wand hat eine Kante, an der man sich stößt. Die küche war preiswert eingerichtet aber ok. Die Lage in Sea Point ist super, aber die Straße sehr laut! “

„The unit was very clean and spacious. We were visiting for the marathon so it was great to have our own kitchen. Grocery store was only a 5 min walk away and the shuttle to the race start was only a 2 min walk. Security guards at the entrance to the hotel so safe. You do need to be street smart as soon as you exit the hotel and walking towards the train station area is more prone to cell phone theft and begging. Just be smart. We were able to walk to hop-on-hop-off bus start in 10 mins.“

„Very nicely located apartment complex with direct access to the beach and a great view of Table Mountain. The rooms are nicely furnished and the staff is very nice and helpful. there are 2 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Shops are a little further away and a rental car is recommended or at least Uber.“
