„The floor was filthy. I walked the next day barefoot, and under my feet were black like charcoal. The TV had no remote. The apartment had a lot of ants and no air conditioner. Not worth the money I paid. The only good thing was the easy and self-check-in.“

„I was never able to enter. The phone number they gave me never answered so was left at night trying to find another place to stay the night. It’s unacceptable that they won’t answer the phone they required you to call. “

„The apartment is in a great location. Very short walk to Sea Point front and amenities. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Great breakfast at Norfolk cafe adjacent to the apartment block. This was our first stop in SA and it couldn't have been better, very safe and welcoming.“

„Fantastic value for money. Centrally located in Sea Point. Close the Main Road and therefore ships and restaurants. Promenade is within walking distance. Parking was a bit of a hassle but manageable. Property is safe and well maintained. A couple of maintenance issue need to be addressed in the unit but from what I have seen there is some work being done as of the time of writing this. I would love to stay here again. “

„I would give 5 stars to everything but, people were smoking weeds in rooms and hallways. But other than that, it is a nice place that i can recommend to friends. Staff were good, rooms were clean. Thanks “
