„The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.“

„Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. „We stayed in Apartment 8 for 4 nights are were delighted with all aspects of it. There was plenty of room with both a sitting and dining area, a reasonable size bathroom and small but adequate kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pots, etc. The unit is close to the centre of town, the lake and the station. „Location just outside village centre and train station, ok to walk in good weather (with luggage), otherwise get a taxi! Our stay was relaxing, had a nice meal in the restaurant, staff friendly and helpful. Not much to complain about, apart from inadequate shower gel - 2 tiny sachets for 3 people, though this was probably an oversight. Even so, the sachets were inadequate for a proper shower. Would recommend.“

„Great location, close to the lift for skiing and an easy walk to town. The building is well kept and the caretaker very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well appointed and modern. When we arrived it was late and I asked about groceries. I was told the store was closed. About 15 minutes later the caretaker arrived with a bag of essentials for the next day!!!!
