„Leider alles veraltet. Mein Bett war teils kaputt. Die liegen draußen waren alt und teilweise kaputt. Also rundum preis Leistung nicht nachvollziehbar! Schade. Ein schlechtes Hôtel für die Hyatt Klasse. “

Unser Zimmer (1 Bedroom Villa) war geräumig, und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Trotz Blick auf den Pool war es abends angenehm ruhig. Die (kostenpflichtigen) Wellnessanwendungen waren auch super. Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert von dem Resort. Wenn man unbedingt etwas kritisieren will: in der Dusche hat man - wie meistens in den USA- keine Handbrause. Dafür ...

„5 Tage Familienurlaub. Super Lage, es gibt tolle Pools für die ganze Familie mit Whirlpools und einen separaten Pool für die, die Ruhe haben wollen. Sandstrand mit optimalen Schnorchelbedingungen direkt vor dem Hotel, Surfschule und -verleih direkt am Hotel. Leider nur die Poolbar und ein Laden mit Kaffeebar im Hotel, aber mehrere Restaurants 300m entfernt im Shoppingcenter.“

„John was an excellent host, he responded quickly to questions and we had everything we needed and more. The home and neighborhood are pristine. The pool and beautiful landscaping made for an excellent bonus as we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and swimming with the kids in the evening. All bedrooms have excellent A/C, the covered drive-thru driveway was awesome for close loading and unloading of luggage, plus it rained often and we could still access the vehicles without getting wet.
