Sandstrand mit optimalen Schnorchelbedingungen direkt vor dem Hotel, Surfschule und -verleih direkt am Hotel. Leider nur die Poolbar und ein Laden mit Kaffeebar im Hotel, aber mehrere Restaurants 300m entfernt im Shoppingcenter.“

„We loved our stay at Alex’s vacation home. It’s spacious with a nice lanai to enjoy coffee every morning and situated on corner so very private. A short walk to the grassy area by beach. The grounds are beautifully maintained. There were lots of fans inside the condo which we appreciated. “

„Die Buchung und Organisation war tadellos. Die Ausstattung ist sperrlich und sehr einfach - es ist alles recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küchenausstattug sollte für den Preis besser sein - es gibt kein vernünftiges Messer. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt müssen die Storen immer geöffnet bleiben (Fensterglas gibt es nichtmal) und es ist sehr laut durch die Strasselage. Die Lage in der Anlage ist nach hinterst versetzt - einen Pool gibt es etwas die Strasse runter in einer gemeinschaftlichen Sport ...

„Our host Cam was great. He had all the detailed info ready for us when we arrived. I liked that our room was close to our car. The room had a comfortable bed, a walk in closet, and a nice updated bathroom. The lanai was nice every day along with a kitchen that has everything. This is a big house with different units with private entrances. The location is superb. "Wir hatten ein Appartment mit Gartenblick gebucht und bekamen ein altes Appartment mit Blick auf ein schmutziges, rostiges Vordach und weiter dann auf den Pool. Nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte, konnten wir am 2 Tag das Appartment wechseln. Das neue Appartment war renoviert und schön. Allerdings ist uns dadurch ein ganzer Urlaubstag verloren gegangen,da wir um 10 Uhr "auschecken" mussten aus dem alten Appartment und um 15 Uhr erst das neue Appartment beziehen konnten. Es erfolgte weder eine Entschuldigung noch Kompensation, was ich nicht in Ordnung finde. Dazu kommt, dass wir sogar Gold Member der Hotelgruppe sind und keinerlei der üblichen Goodies erhalten haben. Insgesamt geht das besser, wie wir aus dem Hilton resort auf Big Island wissen. Das Personal ist für hawaiianische Verhältnisse reserviert. Das Housekeeping ist super."
