"Wir hatten das Deluxe Villa Garden mit privatpool. Warmwasser hatten wir fast nicht. 2x hatten sie vergessen uns frische Tücher zu geben. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Ansonsten ist es okay."

"We stayed at this hotel as a couple for 6 nights and felt warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The friendly check-in and complimentary room upgrade made our stay feel special right away. The hotel has a perfect, very central location and is ideal for exploring the city. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. Overall, the entire hotel was always well maintained and spotless. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety and something for everyone. What truly makes this hotel unforgettable is the staff. From the reception team to the managers, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. A special thank you to Mary, Kelly, and Kathie for their exceptional hospitality. I was especially grateful for the support after I injured my foot outside. The team immediately helped us and made the whole situation much easier. This level of kindness and genuine care is something we will never forget. Thank you again to the entire team for such a wonderful stay. We would happily return anytime and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."

"Personal perfekt. Sehr hilfsbereit. Hat für uns kurzfristig noch Konzertkarten organisiert. Service professionell und aufmerksam. Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. Es fühlt sich und riecht jedoch feucht an, schon fast muffig ( Heritage Wings). Wahrscheinlich noch nicht modernisiert wie auf Opera Wings…"
