„Our check in was great, the entrance is beautiful. However the walkway to the elevators is very humid and slippery. My son almost slipped, the elevators are musty and they were sus. I think they need maintenance because they would jump and wiggle a bit too much. Our room was fine when we got there but when it was time to sleep the room was so humid that our beds were soaked. The whole night was uncomfortable to sleep because of this. The restroom showers drain was extremely clogged so we’d be ...

„Das Hotel ist im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, nur leider ein wenig hellhörig. Mit dem vom Hotel angebotenen Shuttleservice ist man schnell am River Walk oder im Market Square. Der Fahrer Brandon war immer sehr freundlich, die Fahrt mit ihm hat Spaß gemacht.“

„You drive up hoping this a not what you rented., this is not what you saw in the pictures or reviews. From the outside being unstable on the decks, garage door damaged, doors did not close properly, batteries missing in smoke alarm, torn couch, terrible mold spells in lower portion, almost unbearable. No communication on where the pool is. Dirty stained nasty towels, garbage left on porch, and driveway. Not what we expected in any way.“
