Pros: beach-side, 3 pools to choose from.
Con: property is aging, though the rooms are still comfortable.
Con: customer service. Our door was not working we requested help 4 times and were patient. Each time we were told it was being handled and each time it was not fixed. Ended up getting locked out of our room during a storm in the morning and how to walk to the front desk in the pouring rain. When I told the worker of the issue yet again I was brushed off and told that maintenance would handle it…
