„The apartment was small but comfortable. Pretty exact to the description provided. Neighborhood was quiet and we were able to rest well. Host was nice and communicated parking needs. Overall great stay.“

„Nice place“

„Our host was great at communicating and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. We booked our stay when Colorado was going through an intense heat wave, and the AC unit wasn't the most efficient, so we had to buy a fan from a Walmart to use and then return at the end of our stay. I would stay here again, because of the great host, reasonable price, and the location. If you want to see a concert at the Ball Arena or Redrocks, it is very close to the both of them. This place is also ...

„Staff genuinely cared about making sure guests enjoyed their time here which says loads about them honestly never felt ignored nor overwhelmed waiting upon queries brought up either so kudos anyone seeking decent accommodations definitely consider booking future visits elsewhere provided fits needs!!“

„I loved enjoying a book by the pool, super relaxing!“

„This is a wonderful spot for couples. This rental takes up the basement of a home in a very quiet neighborhood north of the Denver Tech Center. The unit was extremely clean and organized, with a lot of thoughtful touches that gave it a very cozy feel. The hot tub was wonderful, and extremely private. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions that we had. “

„Quiet place with comfy beds. Easy check-in too.“
