„The condo was great. Trying to get wifi for check in was tragic with the actual hotel. They wanted 30 dollars to access their wifi so I could communicate with the host. Not good.“

„We had no water pressure/ hot water. We was suppose to be in an apartment. We were put in a standard room. Commode kept stopping up. The food at the hotel was not that good and over priced.“

„The room was clean and conveniently located near Caracol Beach and Plaza.“

„The Good: very clean roomy apartment. Enjoyed the location. The restaurant next door is AWESOME. Isac owns the place and sells tours. He hooked us up with some great fun. The bad: we were not on the list to stay there even though the owner received the payment and sent us a note (see you soon) all future communication went well. But there were no exit instructions.
