„This was our second stay at Vila Cristal and it was again perfection. We didn't have any issues during our stay. We love the location as we can choose to walk to many places we enjoy but yet it is easy enough to hail a taxi too! Our short, quick vacation was packed full of seeing the Island and many of our favorite places. Staying here at Cristal was perfect especially because we made great use and enjoyed our "happy hour" by the pool!! We will definitely be back!“

„20 mins away from the hotel zone. Close to Go mart and convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also walmart nearby and uber is convenient to use as well. Quiet area, safe, house was exactly as the pictures. Aside from the toilets not working upstairs the house was great. The pool was cleaned for my stay daily & the host was responsive at all times. I will stay again when i return to cancun. “

„Amazing stay. Sofia was amazing from first email until the day we left. Highly recommend. VERY cold AC so you’ll Never be hot. FYI the kitchen is fabulous but it is technically outside. Open the sliding doors and the breeze and ocean waves will carry you away. Highly recommend hiring Sofia for her personal chef skills in house. Next trip we will have her for a breakfast and lunch. “

„The house easily accommodated our family of 13. It has a great layout than gives everyone plenty of space. The large kitchen and dining room are open to a casual seating area and nearby TV room. The location of the house is an easy drive to either the north or south beaches. We had a memorable time!“

Location is convenient to both drive or walk to restaurants, and for us it was particularly good as it was on the quieter part of the island. „The house was in a great location. We appreciated the relaxed evenings on the south side of the island. The house was set up well for our family. My husband and I traveled with two late teen/young adult daughters and his parents. Plenty of room for all to have privacy and come together as a family. "The beach is amazing. They clean the seagrass every day, we liked that! The service wasn‘t good. Often we waitet 20-30 min. until someone came. We stayed for 12 nights and we only can eat at the buffet. All other restaurant were booked out every night! We tried to take a reservation from the first day and couldn‘t even get one… all in one the hotel was ok but not the price worth it! We don’t recommend it "

"Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel. Während des Hurrikans „Helene“ haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider funktionierten ab ca. der Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts nur noch 2/4 Aufzügen, weshalb man dort manchmal etwas länger gewartet hat. Unser Zimmer wurde leider auch nicht täglich gereinigt, da wir anscheinend zu den Zimmer gehörten, welche zum Schluss gereinigt werden. (Reinigung zwischen 8 Uhr und 17 Uhr) Was uns persönlich etwas gestört hat, wir wurden täglich mindestens 3 mal vom Spa-Personal angesprochen, welches uns eine Massage verkaufen wollte. Die Animation ist gut. Von Aqua Gymnastik bis hin zu Aqua Spielen (z.B. Wasserball). Der Strandabschnitt ist wirklich gut und sauber. Der Zugang zum Strand befindet sich direkt am Pool, so dass der Weg nicht weit ist. Die Auswahl an Speisen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Umgebung ist leider nicht sehr viel. Ca. 2 KM ist ein Einkaufszentrum entfernt, welches gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Bis auf das Hard Rock Cafe und 4-5 weitere Läden, stehen alle anderen Ladenlokale leer. Um das Einkaufszentrum drum rum gibt es Lokale und 2-3 Souvenirläden. Ansonsten befindet man sich halt in einer Hotelzone. Die Abendanimation wechselt täglich. Insgesamt gibt es 2 Pools und ein Kinderbecken mit Rutschen und einem Piratenschiff. Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder buchen. "
