„Das Aparthotel ist eine neuwertige Anlage. Die Kommunikation mit der Mangerin war exzellent. Mikrowelle und Basisausstattung habe für Frühstück im geräumigen Zimmer gute Dienste geleistet. Das Zimmer lag im 3. Stock auf der von der stark befahrenen 4- spurigen Hauptstraße abgewandt en Seite. Der Strassenlärm war aber immer noch gut zu hören. Die Klimaanlage konnte flexibel eingestellt werden. Die Temperaturanzeige auf dem Klimagerät war so hell, dass eine Schlafbrille nachts getragen werden ...

„We loved our stay here. The apartment is exactly as pictured except the outside could use a coat of paint and there is no hammock which made me sad. Nice welcome basket, door code perfect. „Der erste Blick aus der Wohnung lässt dahin schmelzen. Das tiefblaue Meer, die Palmen die der Wind wiegt: ein Traum. Die Anlage ist höchst gepflegt. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern. Alle elektronische und elektrische Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein großes Plus sind Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Die Gastgeber sind fürsorglich ohne einer Spur von Aufdringlichkeit. „I loved the daylight/brightness, ventilation, amenities and size, it was very comfortable and had everything that i needed for my cancun appointment. the property accommodated my late check in due to traffic, and i just had problems opening the door with the 2 locks initially but they sent a security guard to assist to show me how to open the locks. everything was working well. the place was clean, with the exception of 2 small decorative cushions on the beds in the smaller bedroom. had a great ...

„Nice clean apartment, central, but still quiet. It's a bit hard to find as there are no signs on the outside. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped, there are a few small things missing, pasta strainer, salad bowl, small pot (there is only one large one). There is shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom. It was the best shower in Mexico so far! You have to turn on the fuse for hot water. Communication with the owner was very good. I can recommend this apartment.“

„This is a great spacious property with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is close to the beach and to transport to other areas within the island. Con: The master bathroom shower does spray everywhere and gets water all over and there is a sewer smell coming from that bathroom, this is an old property and we were able to manage that by keeping the bathroom door closed. Other than that, it is a beautiful location. We had a great time, it felt very safe with the guard, and would return again.“

„La Hacienda is a great place to stay for a few days or like us 3 weeks. Karen is absolutely amazing. She will give you tons of pointers and is always there when you need somthing. A wonderful host. "Die Anlage ist eindrucksvoll und durch den Shuttlebus erreicht man schnell alle Einrichtungen. Der Strand ist zwar nicht der schönste an der Riviera Maya, aber sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet, aber ein paar Kakerlaken haben unseren Weg gekreuzt. Tolle Animation, gute Cocktails. "
