"Das Hotel hat eine schöne Aussicht auf den Berg futji. Sie ist direkt an einem Erlebnispark geknüpft der wirklich auch 3-4 Achterbahnen hat und abwechslungsreich ist. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle Bus der jede Stunde in die Stadt fährt."

"Hotel is ideally located, very good service, convenient car park. Amazing view. Nice onsen. 2 restaurants which are ok as there are not much options around (for dinner at least). It was a very nice stay for the whole family (with a 3 years old)."

"A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Everything from the comfortable, well-appointed room to the incredibly welcoming staff was fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing, making it an ideal home base for exploring the local attractions. The food was also excellent, with great quality and variety. A major highlight of the stay was the public onsen bath—it was superb and the absolute best way to relax and unwind after a long day of walking. One quick tip for future guests: if you are planning to arrive by bus, keep in mind that the final stretch from the bus station to the hotel is a very steep walk. It is perfectly manageable, but definitely good to know in advance if you are traveling with heavy luggage. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would gladly stay here again!"

"-Da Ryokan liegt ca. 30 Minuten Abseits von Hakone in den Bergen. Wer diese Erfahrung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. -In der näheren Umgebung gibt es leider nicht viel zu tun oder zu sehen, allerdings gibt es einen Family Mart ca. 30 Meter neben der Einfahrt. -Der Empfang ist wie erwartet sehr freundlich und hochprofessionell -Das Zimmer ist für fans des traditionellen Japan ein Traum. Futons, Tatami-Matten und ein eigenes Privat-Onsen sind auch vorhanden. Das Privat-Onsen haben wir nicht genutzt, da es leider kein besonders schönes Ambiente bietet. Allerdings können paare hier zusammen baden. -Das öffentliche geschlechtergetrennte Becken ist dagegen sehr schön. Man muss sich allerdings darauf einlassen, dass nackt gebadet und gewaschen wird, nach japanischer tradition. Hier lohnt es sich, sich vorher schlau zu machen. Das Wasser ist ebenfalls von hervorragender Qualität. -Fur den gesamten Aufenthalt werden Getränke, Sandalen und eine Yukata bereit gestellt. -Das Frühstück war ebenfalls japanisch. Wer lieber Brötchen und Käse als Fisch, Reis und Misosuppe hat, der sollte sich lieber etwas aus dem Family Mart holen. Fazit: Für mich als Japan und Thermenfannwar dies die Erfüllung eines traums. Wem Nacktheit vor Anderen und typisches japanisches Essen nicht liegt, der wollte sich vielleicht etwas westlicher es suchen. Dieses Ryokan verbindet Tradition und Moderne ganz fantastisch."
