The flat is fully equipped so that you can arrive and feel at home right away. Whether with friends, family or colleagues, the flat offers enough space to live together while still having places to retreat to.
The accommodation has a kitchenette and a shower room with a washing machine. Each room is functional and modernly furnished and offers a bed with bed linen and towels, a desk, chair, lighting, large mirror, clothes rail and chest of drawers.
There are three apartments of this type in the building. Depending on the booking, these are rented out either as an entire flat or as individual rooms. Here you can book the complete, private use of the apartment.

The apartment is located in the Leonhardsviertel – Stuttgart’s historic old town district. Creative scene, popular restaurants, bars, cafés and the traditional red-light area exist peacefully side by side here. The street is rather quiet during the day, relaxed on weekdays and livelier on weekends. Markthalle, Schlossplatz and the Heusteig and Bohnen districts are within a few minutes’ walk. Shops and public transport are right outside the door. Centrally located yet easy to reach.
