„For about EUR 184 per night the hotel doesn‘t fulfill a middle class hotel standard at all. 2 lamps in the room were broken, the interior is very rudimentary, TV was blurry, whitrpool engine broken, dirty and ice cold. This is maximum a 2 star hotel. For that price, you get a good quality 4 star hotel in Rio with ocean view.“

„Leider bin ich im Palace Hotel Angra bestohlen worden, vermutlich vom Personal. Ich habe mein Zimmer verlassen und die Tür abgeschlossen. Als ich nach kurzer Zeit zurückkam, fehlte mein Geldbeutel (Kredit-, EC-Karte, Bargeld), der auf dem Bett lag. Um niemanden fälschlich zu beschuldigen, habe ich das Zimmer eine Stunde lang durchsucht, um auszuschließen, dass der Geldbeutel irgendwo zwischengerutscht ist.
