„Es fing damit an, dass wir nicht einmal ein checken konnten, weil dazu hätte jemand da sein müssen. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer ging nur ein Anrufbeantworter ran. Nach geschlagenen 1,5 Stunden riss dann endgültig der Geduldsfaden. Habe dann Expedia angerufen, diese waren sehr bemüht uns zu helfen und das hat auch kurzfristig geklappt. Nach schlussendlich 2 Stunden kam dann ein gewisser Giovanni. Begründung war: die gewisse Person hatte einen Unfall. Hmm??!! Giovanni musste dann erstmal ...
