„We absolutely loved Acacia House. All of the employees are fabulous and want to make your stay the best it can be. We stayed in #202 which overlooked the pool. We had a king bed and the room was large and the bathroom had a nice tub and shower and a nice balcony that looked over the pool. We had a great breakfast which included eggs your way, avocado, toast, yogurt, granola and fresh fruit and a fresh juice & coffee. It was soooo much food but excellent!! „Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que venga a Ecuador por primera vez. Después de disfrutar de Puerto Aoya en las Galápagos, se puede entrar en contacto con la vida de los lugareños en el restaurante y supermercado Bellavista. El hotel se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y relajante. Para llegar a Puerto Aoya, recomendamos alquilar una bicicleta y coger el autobús de vuelta al túnel por 50¢. El personal es amable.“

„We loved everything about Lava House. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The owners were incredibly welcoming and great hosts. The breakfasts were also wonderful. Location was excellent for doing all the activities the island has to offer and the hotel can help arrange and make recommendations. Would highly recommend to anyone! “

„This hostel is on the edge of town. Very clean , large rooms. Shared small fridge in hallway. TV only in Latin American. No where to dry wet bathing suits /wetsuits , I asked and was told there's no real facilities. It's a good breakfast and there's mineral water free near reception. Although No free tea/coffee facilities. Overall ok .“

„The property was great. Also a great location. The only thing that let it down was that there is works going on over the road and it was LOUD ! but that isn’t the hotels fault. Other than that it was a perfect stay “

„Es hat schon schlecht angefangen. Bei Ankunft war weder die Rezeption besetzt noch kam irgendeine Reaktion auf mein lautes "Hola, buenos dias", obwohl ich die Ankunftszeit mitteilte. Dann erhielt ich ein anderes Zimmer als gebucht, Begründung auf meine Nachfrage war, dass man mir ein grösseres Zimmer gegeben habe...naja. Für den Safe benötigte es einen Schlüssel, welcher gem. Aussage des Besitzers jedoch gesucht werden müsse😟. Die Türe liess sich zuerst mit dem mir gegebenen Schlüssel nicht ...

„Nicely kept ground within the compound, open air breakfast area, eco-friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location right across from the harbor, and easy access for van pickup. The only issue was the proximity to the loud music venues. Three out of the six nights we stayed, it was hard to sleep. Should have requested a room away from the street.“

„War ok, mehr leider nicht. Bei 3 Tagen Aufenthalt funktionierte 2 Tage lang das Internez nicht😒. Danach ging ich auf die Insel Floreana und hatte perfektes Internet😇. Frühstück war verhältnismässig grosszügig, kann man nicht meckern. Im Vergleich mit anderen Unterkünften auf Galapagos das schlechteste Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.“

"Ein wirklich schönes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen und als hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für alle Touren auf Galapagos. Die Zimmer sind gross und liebevoll eingerichtet. Frühstück und Restaurant direkt am Meer. Strand und Naturpfade in unmittelbarer Nähe. In den Ort in 3 min. mit dem Wassertaxi für 1 USD. Das Personal ist unheimlich liebenswert und rund um die Ihr zum Wohle der Gäste da. Hilft auch bei der Tourenplanung und sonstigen Auskünften. Dazu hat das Hotel, das von deutschen Auswanderern gegründet wurde, eine interessante Geschichte."
