„I had a very pleasant stay at Torre Mar while vacationing with my family on the Galápagos Islands. The premium suite was very spacious and very accommodating for a family of four. We particularly enjoyed having a living room area and kitchen to hang out in during our down time. The bedrooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. „El lugar muy bonito, atención muy buena, la habitación limpia pero no contaba con agua caliente. El problema radica en que el aplicativo mandaba a que la ubicación estaba cerca a la playa y resulta que estaba mucho más lejos. Lo cual nos complicó el itinerario, si bien la anfrtioma buscó medios de como resolverlo al final genera mucha insatisfacción para usuarios del app(entendiendo que fue un problema de app).“

„We felt we found a gem. It is a beautiful house very close to downtown . The house have everything you needed , two bedroom two bath and spacious kitchen living room plus washer dryer. It is everything you needed it to feel like a Home. Excellent communication with the host Andrea , she replied text in the second always. She also gave us great recommendation for what to do on the islands , it made our life very easy and we saw everything we need to see by her recommendation. We like this place ...

"Super Zimmer, Frühstück, Location; ‘opportunity to improve’: Wir sind mit Kenntnis des Personals auf einen Day Trip gegangen. Leider war unsere Suite nicht gemacht als wir zurück kamen und duschen wollten. Das Personal kam gerade und wollte putzen. Das war nicht organisiert. Whitens: Total schmierige Fenster- und Glasscheiben am Balkon. Erwarte ich anders in den wenigen Suiten. Danke"

We even had an accident during our trip, and Nico went above and beyond to assist us and make sure everything was taken care of. His kindness and support made a huge difference. "The friendliness of the staff was amazing. Aways a nice chat and a smile for everybody. The food was excellent and the pool and bar are just right in the nature. We really loved everything about it. Just a little tip, check exactly what kind of balcony your room has. We ere very disappointed about tge one of room 207. It was just a 'step out', nothing to enjoy relaxing outside. But the rest was just awesome and perfect."

"We traveled as a couple and booked the ocean view room. It is a very clean place and everything what is required for a relaxing stay is available. The room is huge and had more than enough space. Bed is very comfy. Balcony is literally in front of the ocean, hence it is easy to see sun rise and sun down. Hotel itself is located at the end of the towns main road with very limited traffic, no noise during day or night. Hotel crew is very friendly and offer a helping hand whenever required. Fresh water can be poured 24/7. Laundry service is excellent. Thanks a lot dear Iguana Crossing Team!"

"Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Reinigung erfolgte täglich. Die Zimmer wahren alle Ungeziefer frei. Die Fernseher funktionieren nicht, aber wir haben sie auch nie benötigt. Es gibt fiele Katzen im Hotel die gerne in das Hotelzimmer kommen wollen uns aber nicht gestört haben. Der Tresor ist leider zu klein für einen Laptop. Das Frühstück wahr in Ordnung, obwohl es für Europäer etwas limitiert ist. Die 10 bis 15 minuten zum Hafen haben uns nicht gestört obwohl das Hotel am Stadtrand und hoch auf einem Hügel liegt. Wer ein Taxi benötigt bezahlt 2$. Leider gibt es eine unvollendete Baustelle im Hotel und der Hinterhof könnte einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Der Garten mit den Pflanzen ist allerdings schön und gepflegt. Das personal ist freundlich umd hilfsbereit. "
