„Nettes Hotel mit grossem Spa - Bereich. Freundlicher Service, sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war morgens etwas laut wegen Waescheservice, ansonsten keine Besanstandungen. Wuerde es wieder buchen.“

„We like the bar and music in the evening and the friendly personal. The room was not quite clean, there were a bunch of spider webs and my daughter was sleeping on a mattress on the floor.“

„Very interesting hotel pretty much in the center of Birmingham. (You walk around 10-15 minutes to Central Station) The room was small but sweet and the bed was comfortable. What I liked was the easy access over smartphone. I wasn't a big fan of the shower/toilet combo though. So in the end it was great for a one night stay, but the wet floor in the bathroom would bother me if I stayed longer. “

Flecken an der Holztäfelung im Schlafzimmer und im Bad beide Duscharmaturen verkalkt und an den Seiten des Waschbeckens Schimmel. Und wer hat sich ausgedacht, eine Milchglasscheibe vom Bad zum Bett hinzumachen? So wird nachts der von grellen Licht geweckt, der im Bett liegt, super! “

Clean, well appointed bedroom, friendly, helpful staff. pleasant, if uninspiring breakfasts, well prepared food served in the bar with chef's specials to round out the menu. Parts of the exterior of one wing in need of some cosmetic attention but the rest of the facade of this massive, rambling property not at all bad and the interiors good. Beautiful countryside surroundings as well as attractive golf course. “
