„Good accommodation in a great location for our needs. Shower and kitchen a bit small but ok for a short stay. Our host was an unusual character. Hard to get hold of before arrival and then seemingly uncomfortable with dogs? I had selected dog friendly accommodation only but there was no place to confirm dogs in attendance. We were contacted whilst out to say the dog was distressed. Although this was later downgraded. We we contacted or called on each day of our stay (?) which got a ...

„Clean property with friendly staff.“

„Cute hotel, good location, modern, and nice to have the tavern attached for a drink and breakfast, but the double room was very small and with no closet, drawers or anywhere to put suitcases we had little floor space left. Too cramped for a couple but probably great for one person. Also it's loud if you have a room facing the square. I would stay again, but in a larger room at the back of the hotel.“

„Overall an OK stay but not worth the price tag. Visited at half term, hotel appeared under prepared. All staff were helpful and polite but clearly under staffed so not necessarily their fault. Room not ready 2 hours after check-in, walkways not maintained, dirty glasses and plates with food on outside a lot of rooms. 1 bath robe in the room for 3 guests, toilet in the room didn't flush and whole bathroom in need of basic repairs. Bar/restaurant stopped taking food orders at 7:20pm in school ...

„Conveniently located within a 10 min walk from the York train station. This BnB was cozy and quaint. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great value!“

„The staff and the flair was excellent. Sadly the coffee is not good. The selection for breakfast is great. “

„Nettes kleines Gästehaus, liebevoll ausgestattet, sehr nette Betreuung. Absolut empfehlenswert.“

„Sauber Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.“

„Property lovely, high standard interior. Staff on reception felt a little awkward as if on guard sat at a desk near the stairs but were always friendly. Access was a little difficult due to cars parked around the entrance to the car park. I guess to avoid the additional charge per night extra charge which we paid. Upon leaving our car was covered in tree sap but it will wash off. We stayed for 4 days and no one came into our room to empty our bins, replenish toiletries or restock the hot drink ...

„Service and rooms are fantastic. Nevertheless the balcony was taken over by spider webs and actual spiders , so that a person like me, who is massively afraid of spiders could not use the balcony at all. Maybe they clean it during warmer season during the year. Feels kind of diasppointig as I booked the hotel because of the balcony rooms.“

Überall in dennRäumen eher kühl, Jacke mitnehmen!“
