„I got scammed by the hotel. I booked and it was confirmed, I paid, when calling for directions the reception said it was full and there was nothing they could do and that I must contact customer services for a refund. Customer services rejected the refund request “

„Sehr schönes cottage und tolle Terrasse mit Feuerstelle und wunderschöner Pool “

„When we arrived we had no instructions on how to enter the property. We tried to contact the host but were unable to.“

„Peter basically blew us off and would not give us access to the property so even after having live telephone conversations about the situation we were left with having to make last minute alternative accommodations. And then it took multiple phone calls to VRBO to get a refund. Very frustrating.“
