„Very Disappointing Experience 👎 The only positive aspect of our stay was the comfortable bed. Everything else was disappointing, especially the breakfast. By 9:00 a.m., there was no cheese or ham left, the selection was extremely limited, and there were no plant-based milk alternatives. The fruit looked old and wrinkled, the eggs tasted unpleasant, and the next morning, only cold, hard-boiled eggs were available. The breakfast staff did not understand English and were frequently absent, ...

„There were multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues. We reached out to the host about the most significant ones, and when he did not respond, we contacted VRBO. The host reached out immediately after our communication with the platform, claiming (without coming to check) that nothing was wrong. The radiators did not turn on the first night, leaving the bedrooms cold and our kids shaking. The host said that we simply did not know how to turn them on. The next day they were functional during ...

„Gute, zentrale Lage in Bahnhofsnähe.

„Staff super friendly, breakfast delicious. Just perfect.“

Gerne wieder“

„I was disappointed with my stay here. The breakfast especially was a let-down. The breakfast room is in the basement and the food selection very limited. Also, the rooms are right next to fenicular, so expect noise. I thought the rooms where basic, given the price, I would have expected more. The location is great and the staff extremely nice and helpful. I would pick a different hotel on my next visit.“

„super!“

„Beautiful property, near pristine condition with tons of convenient amenities. Every night we enjoyed dinner in the complex and people watched while the kids played. Despite all the activities in the complex, including late night shows, the rooms were very quiet. We didn’t hear a peep and slept super soundly. The *only* confusing bits were check-in (just go to the Radisson), and the light controls… but those are very minor inconveniences. HIGHLY recommend, and will definitely stay again if ...
