„I gave it two stars because overall it is nice, but it is really unacceptable when at 03:10am in the middle of the night, the night manager of the hostel goes into the dorm room, switches on the light and even then when you comment that it's 03:00 am and you want to sleep and normal people would use a flashlight, the only response is "he needs to check in" - pointing at a guest coming in. The guest was happy to use the flashlight - for the manager to switch on the light in a dorm room at 03:00 ...

„Das Zimmer in dem ich war, war sehr klein. Ich musste das Hostel doppelt bezahlen, da mein Flug verspätung hatte und ich über die angegebene Telefonneummer von Expedia niemanden erreichen konnte. Diese Nummer ist nämlich nicht vergeben. Ich habe sowohl von einer deutschen Nummer, als auch von einer Nummer aus Hong Kong versucht dort anzurufen. Beide Male hieß es die Nummer sei nicht vergeben.
