"Das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Qualität des Frühstücks würde ich als durchschnittlich bezeichnen und die Auswahl als ausreichend, aber es gibt Besseres. Punktuell könnten die Zimmer etwas Renovierung vertragen, z.B. bei den bröckelnden Fliesen im Badezimmer. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten; im Großen und Ganzen habe ich mich hier wohlgefühlt, weil man gut abschalten konnte. Das Hotel liegt nicht in einem der touristischen Viertel, sondern angenehm ruhig auf der anderen Seite des Arno, also weniger für Partygänger und mehr für Ruhebedürftige gedacht."

"A dream stay that deserves more than 5 stars! I chose Villa Petriolo for its absolute calm in the heart of Tuscany and its proximity to Florence, but most importantly, as the setting for my marriage proposal. I couldn't have picked a more perfect place. The estate is breathtaking, the rooms are flawless, and the facilities are of an incredible standard. We were also lucky enough to receive a room upgrade for one night from the manager, a gesture that truly touched us and made our stay even more special. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Lucia and Rita, who were so enthusiastic about my proposal plans. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect spot on the property to pop the question at sunset. Their support and kindness made the moment even more magical. The culinary experience was equally impressive. Having a 1-star Michelin restaurant on-site is a huge plus, and the quality of the breakfast was simply outstanding - one of the best we’ve ever had. If you are looking for luxury, peace, and world-class service in Tuscany, I cannot recommend Villa Petriolo enough. Thank you to the entire team, the manager, and especially Lucia and Rita for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!"
