Outside, your private oasis awaits. The sparkling pool and spa are enclosed creating the perfect space to unwind or entertain. Enjoy direct access to the water with a private dock and boat lift, ideal for setting out on the Intracoastal or simply enjoying the tranquil view.

The primary suite offers a king bed, TV, and a beautifully updated ensuite bath. The first guest bedroom also features a king bed and TV, while the second guest bedroom includes two bunk beds and a TV, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A convenient half bath is located off the main hall.

From morning coffee on the dock to sunset swims beneath the screened lanai, Water’s Edge delivers a refined yet comfortable waterfront experience where every detail is designed for relaxation and style.

Important Information:

This home is spacious and ideal for family vacations, but it is not available for weddings or large events beyond its accommodation capacity.

Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.

A security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, which is refundable if no damages occur.

Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.
