„Martin was an attentive and personable host. The vacation home was spotless and well-appointed. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee and there was plenty of unsweetened creamer in the fridge. The beds were super comfy! A nice addition were pull-down shades to block out light coming through the balcony doors in an upstairs bedroom.“

„Great location. Home looks a lot better in photos, needs TLC- shabby. Also, saw 3 cockroaches/ palmetto bugs/ same thing, during our stay. The manager was responsive came out to spray right away but saw a giant one again the next day so we cut our stay short. They did refund one day. The property needs a professional fumigation.“

„We had a wonderful stay at the Green Room! Lynne made everything super easy from booking to checking out! Our room was spotless when we arrived and smelled clean. The beach is just a short drive away. Lynne and Jeff have supplied everything you need for the beach except the food!
