Wunderschönes Haus mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Einrichtung und der Zustand des Hauses sind hervorragend. Es ist geschmackvoll mit vielen durchdachten Details und liebevollen Dekorationen eingerichtet. Sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich kann man herrlich entspannen. Das Heimkino ist auf höchstem Niveau, die Küche hat eine umfangreiche und hochwertige Ausstattung und das Master Bathroom ist sehr groß und zum Wohlfühlen. Allerdings sind uns einige Dinge aufgefallen: Dafür, dass das Haus für bis zu 9 Personen angeboten wird, gibt es deutlich zu wenig Sitz- oder Liegemöglichkeiten im Außenbereich. Außerdem hätten wir nicht erwartet, dass die direkt am Haus verlaufende Straße so viel befahren ist und man dadurch den ganzen Tag am Pool sehr präsent Fahrzeuggeräusche hört. Zusätzlich sollte im Inserat erwähnt werden, dass sich im Poolbereich eine Überwachungskamera befindet, die die Privatsphäre stören könnte. Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Vivian war fantastisch und sie hat sehr schnell reagiert und weitergeholfen. Das Haus würden wir trotz der erwähnten kleinen Einschränkungen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Fabulous time at the perfect home!

we had a wonderful time at this beautiful well equipped home. The pool is amazing, perfect temperature. Friends joined us for ten days and our only regret was the sleeping arrangements for the second and only other proper bedroom. the room needs two twin beds. the bunk type beds were not comfortable for two senior adults. The kitchen was incredible! Vivian was the perfect host and dealt with the little problems we had in an efficient manner. We will be back.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed home for a couple but especially for a family. There are a few things to note below but I would definitely recommend this rental. It has everything one needs for a fun and comfortable vacation including state of the art appliances. The mattress/bedding were comfortable but the pillows were not. I ordered an inexpensive memory foam pillow from Amazon for my 8 night stay. The baths are roomy but the master shower needs repair as the high hand held shower holder is broken and won’t adjust. I couldn’t figure out which knob controlled which shower head and they spun all the way around turning on and off and causing the high shower head to fall to the ground spraying water. I stopped using that shower after the first night. Fixing it and providing an instruction sheet would be most welcome. The same request of an instruction sheet for the theater would make a vast improvement. I could not figure out how to use the equipment as I am not a techy person which was very disappointing. It is nicely sound proofed with very thick carpet so I used the room for yoga. There is an extra charge for spa use (75 for 2 hours) and it will only heat to 85 degrees so I skipped. The pool area with BBQ was lovely. The property manager was easy to get a hold of which puts an out of state traveler at easy. Every time I called I reached a live person for assistance. All in all a very nice place to rent and vacation.

The home was beautiful and had a ton of amenities. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the third bedroom was actually a theater room with a sleeper sofa. We never could figure out how to turn the screen on either. But overall it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Place

Beautiful house

The photos of this house is exactly what you are getting. It's beautiful. The newer features are nice. The only thing that I didn't like was the pool and hot tub. It was cold! My expectations were a HOT tub, but it only ever got warm. I would consider this a small warm pool. The pool was cold (in my family's opinion) the entire stay. They came out to check on it, and it started heating up, but never got warmer than a regular outside pool. If you are looking for a heating pool for night swims, this doesn't hit the mark. If you are looking for an outdoor pool for summer cool down, this is it. I would recommend for future travelers to get a schedule of the pool cleaners and lawn care (especially if traveling with small children) Also, do a Google search for videos for the pool, theatre, etc. that will help you experience this place more as instructions are not provided.

The rental property was beautiful, impeccable clean, provided more than adequate space for our family, appliances were top notch, and the neighborhood quiet and quaint. The outdoor grill was definitely a plus and we used it multiple times. My only complaint would be the lack of instructions for the movie theater (there were literally none) or the pool/hot tub (there was a remote in the kitchen; however, no instructions that this was the remote for the pool/hot tub). I would definitely return!!! Well worth the money!!

Great Stay in Clearwater FL

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Lots of space for activities. The Home Theater is Great but do yourself a favor if you're NOT familiar with the Apple TV remote and watch one of the many You Tube videos to learn how to navigate the remote. The hot tub and pool are also on a remote but easy to use. We Loved the Country Pizza Italian Grill for take out. Everything we needed was within 2 miles. The BBQ set up was excellent - We went to Heights Meat Market for quality meat to grill. Would definitely Stay her again and Recommend it to others. Great communications with Vivian and Team.

Beautiful but Not accurately listed

The property is beautiful but not accurately listed. It was advertised as a 3 bedroom which we needed for our family of 5 but when we got there it was actually only 2 bedrooms with a very uncomfortable pull out sofa in the theater room. We immediately called and were told there is nothing they could do about it. We also requested a pack and play and a highchair. Neither were there upon arrival. We did receive a pack and play after but not a highchair. The house was very welcoming upon entry and very clean. The pool area was very nice. The theater room was cool but it should really include instructions on how to work the projector and other devices. We had plenty of bath towels, pool towels, and washcloths, but only one hand towel. Laundry detergent to do at least one load would also be helpful. Prior to arrival communication was great. There were two separate times that I directly texted the owner and did not receive a text or call back. One was a question about the pool, and the other was to say thank you for the stay. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to major roads. The kids had a very good time.

Disappointed

The house itself is a nice layout however we were very disappointed, the only reason we rented the house was for the heated pool / hot tub and it wasn't in proper working order until our final afternoon of staying at the property. Vivian was the slowest host we've had in responding to our issue which was very frustrating. The check-in / check-out process was super easy and straight forward. The house had everything that the listing showed, the movie room is nice, a bit confusing if you're not tech savvy but we slowly got it figured out. Overall, I think we would have enjoyed our stay if the pool / hot tub worked or if we would have felt there was some urgency in getting the problem resolved.

The house was wonderful but i wish it would have been cleaned better. Alot of dust son has asthma wasn't a good stay for him. Main concern is the cleaning of cupboards dressers baseboards. Needs a really good clean, then should be perfect
