The primary suite offers a king bed and private en suite with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two double beds and adjacent is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. A pac n’ play is also available.

Each bedroom features a 55” Smart TV, while the living room and game area include 65” Smart TVs—perfect for streaming your favorite shows, movies, or sporting events. High-speed WiFi and cable service are included.

• Parking for up to 3 vehicles includes one reserved spot, in front of garage and space for compact vehicle in garage.
• Please let us know in advance if a service animal is required for your stay.
• For your safety and convenience, the property is equipped with a MyQ garage door video camera located at the garage. This allows us to assist with access to the garage, monitor deliveries, and ensure the property remains secure. The camera records video and audio of the exterior garage area only and does not record inside the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

1) Maximum occupancy is 8 guests along with up to 1 infant.
2) Booking occupant must be at least 24 years of age.
3) Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
4) Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
5) Commercial photography, filming, or business activities require prior written approval.
6) No smoking or vaping inside the unit. Violations may result in additional cleaning and remediation fees.
7) Pets are not permitted on the property.
8) Please keep the Wi-Fi router, modem and Eero Wi-Fi extenders plugged in at all times. This allows us to assist with the door lock, garage door, thermostat, exterior MyQ garage camera, and other connected devices during your stay.
9) Guests are financially responsible for the cost of repairing or remediating any damage caused by themselves or members of their party during their stay.
