-The pool heater is set to 85°F and operates on an automatic schedule. It typically turns off in the late evening and back on in the early morning.

-Due to this schedule and fluctuating weather conditions, the water may feel cooler in the morning. Please allow some time for the pool to gradually warm up throughout the day.

Keyless entry to the home is provided via a digital kay pad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security.
Our home has camera at front of the house ONLY by the main door, its for yours and our safety. No camera IN the house our around the pool.

Quite Neighborhood
This is a quiet residential neighborhood but is close to the main road leading to Clearwater beach. It is a quiet residential neighborhood to return to after a day of beaching, shopping, or sightseeing. Clearwater Beach is a very popular tourist location. It has been ranked number one in the US as a Beach for many years.

🔥 Pool Heating
Pool heat is available from November through April and is set to 85°F.

The heater runs automatically it turns off in the evening and restarts in the early morning.

Depending on the weather, the pool may feel cooler in the morning and will warm up throughout the day.

85°F is the maximum setting (anything above that is considered hot tub temperature).

Pool heating is turned off from May through October due to high outdoor temperatures (often exceeding 95°F). For safety and chemical balance, we do not raise the pool temperature in summer months.

Note: We do not have a hot tub. The spa is a built-in seating area within the pool that includes jets for relaxation.

🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

Guests may only smoke off property in public areas such as the street.

🌪️ Storm Policy & Road Conditions
No refunds will be given due to storms, rain, or cloudy weather.

Beach weather can be unpredictable; lack of sunshine is not a valid reason for cancellation.

In the event of a government-issued hurricane evacuation, a full refund will be provided.

🛠️ Maintenance & Repairs
If anything is not working, please notify us immediately.

We cannot offer refunds for issues reported after check-out or on the day of departure.

Prompt communication allows us to address concerns quickly and ensure your comfort.

🔇 Quiet Hours & Noise Ordinance
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please do not disturb neighbors with loud music or voices, especially outdoors.

Local beach towns strictly enforce these ordinances—violations may result in fines or eviction.

🧼 Cleanliness & Housekeeping
We take great pride in offering a clean and comfortable home. Please clean up after yourself and treat the space with respect.

Housekeeping arrives at 10:00 AM on check-out day. Please depart the property on time.

If you are leaving very early, kindly let us know.

🗑️ Trash & Yard Maintenance
Trash pickup is on Monday and Friday mornings. Please place the bins by the curb the night before.

Weekly pool and yard service will be conducted via the side gate. This visit takes approximately 20 minutes.

After pool treatment, please wait 30 minutes before swimming.

🐜 Pest Control
The home is routinely sprayed for bugs and insects, but please note: Florida is a subtropical climate, and occasional sightings may occur.

Keep doors closed to help prevent critters from entering.

🏊‍♂️ Pool Remote & Usage Instructions
📺 Location of Remote
The pool remote control is always located in the Florida Room, next to the TV and blue sofa.

Please do not remove the remote from this room.

This remote is very expensive valued at $1,500. If it gets damaged, especially by water, the replacement cost is $2,000.

We kindly ask that you keep it dry and in its place at all times. 🙏

🔥 Pool Heating & Settings
The pool is pre-set to 85°F.

Do not attempt to change any settings doing so can shut off the system.

The remote will manage everything automatically.

💡 Lighting & Spa Jets
To access lights for the pool, spa, and Tiki bar, use the `Equipment` section on the remote:

Go to the menu

Scroll down to `Equipment`

From there, you can activate spa jets for a relaxing massage

Important Note:

While the spa jets are ON, the pool heater will temporarily turn OFF.

Once you turn off the spa jets, the pool heat will resume in about 3–5 minutes. Please be patient it will kick back in automatically.
