The third floor contains the spacious Master Suite with sweeping water views. On the south side of the third floor is a tastefully decorated second bedroom with lots of light from the large hurricane sliders leading to your Juliet Balcony!

A queen bedroom set, Samsung Smart TV, and a private full bath make this a perfect oasis. The second floor welcomes you into the elegantly remodeled kitchen that flows into a professionally decorated GREAT ROOM with OPEN WATER VIEWS and a private balcony. Beautiful hand-scraped hardwood floors, oversized crown molding, and baseboard throughout the second floor add to the ambiance of this home. No details were spared.

The third bedroom is beautifully appointed with a queen bedroom set, Samsung Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and private access to the full bath. The ground level is your oversized garage with plenty of room for storage, complete with elevator access - no need for lugging packages upstairs!

The ground level also houses a well-appointed Bonus/Entertainment Room to be enjoyed by everyone. Comfortable seating, table for cards, Flat Screen TV, eating and dry bar with beverage refrigerator for mixing up cocktails. Perfect place to play a family game or have a late lunch/dinner.

Beautiful home with amazing views

The property is exactly as stated and the pictures. Very close to all the restaurants, bars and the beach. Quiet community with amazing views from the rooftop! We enjoyed our stay and will book again next year.

Good but not great.

Stayed for a week with our teenage sons and some friends. Condo was clean for the most part (empty alcohol containers on the roof when we arrived) and had everything we needed for the week. Beach chairs, bikes, towels, etc. The property was also in a perfect location - walkable to everything including the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Our boys loved having some freedom to run away and the street we were on was quiet and safe. We specifically booked this property for the private hot tub and it only worked one day of our stay. Maintenance was great in terms of trying to resolve but it was very disappointing that we only got to use it ONCE at a temperature over 90 during our stay. Additionally, when we arrived on check in day, there was someone in our unit taking pictures. Huge deal? No. But it was very uncomfortable especially given we arrived after 4pm and had received a text that our unit was ready. Overall we had a good stay, but it could have been better especially for the price of the property. I would consider staying here again but would probably look around for other options first.

Nice condo but A/C issues

First the positive - condo is very nice, clean and good location (5 min walk to beach and lots of stuff within walking distance). Pool was nice and not busy (only saw 2 other people there). Rooftop hot tub was lovely. Had to call maintenance a couple of times and they responded immediately. The only issue was the A/C on the 3rd floor where the 2 bedrooms are. That floor has separate thermostat and owners have put a hold on it so that you cannot turn it below 70 degrees. The master bedroom has huge windows facing south and gets very hot even with the blinds closed all day. So even though the temp in the hallway (where the the thermostat is) was 70, it was closer to 80 in the bedroom. Called maintenance but they said nothing they could do. This is a deal breaker for me and the only reason why I wouldn’t rent this property again.

Great location, but broken shower

Nice view from rooftop, great square footage, plenty of space to spread out. Shower in one of the bathrooms never worked, only two of the bikes were ridable and tub in master bath dripped constantly. None of these issues were fixed during our week long stay. The property is nice, just needs some repair.

Property was nice and about a 5–10-minute walk to the beach. It had a ton of items that were not listed, Regular coffee maker, Kcup as well, many fans, chairs, and beach cart are in the home. Be sure to have plenty of paper towels and toiletries so you can have them for when you use the initial items provided.

Unbelievable property and location. Walking distance to everything. Extremely nice facility. Bicycles to use and beach chairs. It's a wonderful area close to other beaches and communities to eat at.. Would absolutely recommend and if staying in the area again would request this unit.

Definitely recommend!

I stayed here with my two teenage children and their two friends in April. This townhouse was perfect for us, and we would definitely come back. There is ample space for everyone to be together or have some time apart, the roof deck and hot tub are amazing at night, the other two small patios are a great place to read or have coffee, and the pool is small but clean and warm and a nice break from the beach. The location is quiet, yet only two blocks from the gorgeous beach, shops, restaurants & bars. We came without a rental car & you can walk to anything, or take a short Uber ride or Jolley Trolley ride within Clearwater. The decor, furnishing & bedding are very nice…new & upscale but casual & comfy. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom, & there are all the extras such as hairdryers, blankets & pillows, floor fans, a pack & play & an inflatable twin bed….oh, & six nice beach chairs, six bikes, & a closet filled with beach toys! The management company was extremely responsive & friendly & texted us with reminders about checkout & trash. I really can’t say enough about this rental & we hope to return.
