Guests have private access to the entire home, swimming pool, backyard, movie theater, and listed amenities.

Entry is convenient and contactless via keypad.

The locked owner’s closet is not accessible to guests.

Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges and/or termination of the reservation in accordance with applicable booking-platform policies
PARTIES, EVENTS & UNREGISTERED GUESTS

No student parties, disruptive parties, or unauthorized gatherings
Only the number of guests and visitors approved on the reservation are permitted on the property
Undisclosed guests, visitors, pets, or unauthorized gatherings may result in termination of the stay in accordance with applicable booking-platform policies

NO SMOKING

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE POOL

Florida weather can occasionally affect the appearance of outdoor pools, even with regular professional maintenance.

Heavy rain may temporarily affect water chemistry and introduce dirt or debris.

Wind may carry leaves, pollen, dust, and other natural debris into the pool.

Our pool is professionally serviced weekly to maintain appropriate water chemistry and sanitation. Because this is a private vacation home rather than a hotel, there is no pool-maintenance team on site 24/7.

A pool skimmer is provided for guests who would like to remove leaves or other light surface debris during their stay.

If you notice anything unusual about the pool or water quality, please contact us before swimming so we can address it promptly.

POOL MAINTENANCE

Our dedicated professional pool service team visits weekly to maintain proper water quality and sanitation, including monitoring chlorine and pH levels and providing routine treatments as needed.

Please note that weather conditions such as heavy rain, wind, leaves, and pollen may temporarily affect the pool’s appearance between scheduled service visits.

POOL RULES & SAFETY

Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $100 per night. Advance notice is required
Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Use of the pool is at your own risk
Children and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in or around the pool
Never leave children unattended in the pool area
Swim diapers are required for children who are not fully potty trained
No running or diving
No glass containers in or around the pool
