GUEST ACCESS & PARKING
The entire home is yours, including the private backyard with pool, hot tub, and patio. The driveway fits 5 cars. Please park in the driveway, not on the street. RV or boat parking with a 30-amp electrical hookup is available by request. Pool and lawn maintenance are performed during your stay.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Strict no-party policy.
- Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. All guests must be registered.
- Half Day Stay: If the home is unbooked the night before you arrive, you can check in as early as 10 AM for 50% of the nightly rate. We can confirm availability within 5 days of arrival.
- Pets welcome (max 2): $35 per pet, per night for stays under 30 nights; flat $250 per pet, per month for 30+ nights.
- Pool heat: $45 per night or $225 per week, purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 48 hours in advance. The heat pump depends on outdoor temperatures, so we can't offer refunds for weather-related changes in water temperature.
- Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and front entrance. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas. A Minut sensor monitors noise and smoke levels only (no audio or video recording).
- Excessive cleaning due to stains, smoking, or unapproved pets will result in additional fees.
- A mandatory $89 Management Fee includes an accidental damage waiver covering up to $1,500 in accidental damage. It excludes negligence, smoking, and pet damage.
