The grill is provided for our guests to use at no additional charge. Please note that guests are responsible for refilling the gas if it runs out during use and for cleaning the grill after use.


POOL HEAT: If you would like the pool heated, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice before arrival. Pool heating is available for $50 per day, with a 2-night minimum.

The pool is heated to approximately 90°F. Please request pool heat before your arrival. Actual water temperature may vary depending on outdoor weather conditions.

KAYAK USE: If you would like to use the kayak, you must sign a waiver before use. By using the kayak, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks. The owner and host are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur while using the kayak.
