Please return any furniture or objects moved during your stay to their original locations.
Please take all personal items with you, including chargers, clothing, and anything in the fridge. The cleaner is able to take left behind items to their warehouse if you are able to pick them up, however they are unable to ship any items.
Quiet Hours & Neighborhood
Please respect the neighbors—quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM that Largo strictly enforces for excessive noise. No parties or unauthorized guests.
Plumbing
To avoid costly repairs and plumbing issues, please only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even those labeled “flushable”), feminine products, paper towels, excess toilet paper or anything else. Also, do not pour grease, food, or foreign objects down any sink or drain. If a toilet or drain becomes clogged due to misuse, guests may be responsible for the cost of professional service, which typically ranges from $150 to $300. A receipt will be provided and charges submitted.
Pool & Yard Care
The pool and yard is professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. They typically occur on Tuesdays and Fridays (pool), Wednesdays (landscaping) but are subject to change based on the weather. Between cleanings, if leaves or debris collect, feel free to use the pool net and attachments provided. It helps keep the pool sparkling for everyone, and we really appreciate it!
Pool Heating
To maintain water quality and protect the pool system, once the pool temperature reaches 85°F or higher, the pool heater will be turned off. This helps prevent chemical burnout and protects the pump and filtration system. The Florida sun will continue to keep the pool naturally warm and enjoyable. If the air temperature goes below 60F, the heater will turn off as it could cause damage to the heater. If you have any trouble, just message us right away, we’re happy to help you enjoy the pool!
Propane Refills
We provide propane tanks for grill and fire pit, but refills are not guaranteed to be full.
If you plan to grill or fire pit and the tank is empty, you’re welcome to refill it at your own cost — there’s a Winn-Dixie just down the road.

Trash Reminder
Trash is collected Monday and Thursday mornings. Plastic, glass and paper recycling is collected Monday mornings. Please bring the bins to the curb the night before, on Sunday and Wednesday evenings, and leave them out by 7:00 AM for pickup. After pickup, kindly return the bins to the side of the house. Overflowing or unremoved trash may result in additional cleaning fees.
Dryer Use Policy
To keep the dryer running safely and efficiently, please empty the lint trap after each use. A full lint trap can cause overheating, reduce drying performance, and may lead to exhaust blockages or fire hazards. If the dryer stops working due to a clogged lint trap or misuse, guests may be held responsible for any repair costs. Thank you for helping us keep things safe and functioning properly.
Maintenance & Home Condition Disclosure
Our home is professionally maintained, and we contract with trusted vendors to provide the best possible experience for our guests. That said, as with any home, normal wear and tear may occur (for example: minor scuffs, light appliance noise, occasional landscaping variances, as well as changes in pool and outdoor condition).
While we work diligently to avoid issues and address them promptly, guests should understand that minor imperfections do not entitle them to a refund. Refunds or compensation will only be considered if the property becomes uninhabitable (e.g., loss of essential utilities or severe damage that prevents safe occupancy).
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this allows us to continue offering a welcoming and comfortable stay for all guests.
