This oceanfront community is highly desirable and is just one and a half miles from John's Pass, the renowned outdoor shopping and dining Mecca with over 100 stores and restaurants. This casual and relaxing vacation spot will have you wandering along the coast collecting seashells and wonderful memories. Enjoy access to a refreshing community outdoor pool - it's heated, so no matter when you are visiting, it will be available for you. There is also a poolside pool spa to relax in.

Back home, the private screened-in balcony with sensational, sweeping views allows you to take in the marvelous views without moving an inch from your vacation rental. The open floor plan boasts a convenient and large couch and huge TV to enjoy, a well-appointed kitchen with all major appliances, and a dining area with a six-person dining table (there are two extra dining chairs right next to it).

The main bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a lovely view, balcony access, and a workstation. There are clever sleeping options in the second bedroom with two queen beds.

Beautiful condo

This is our second time in this condo and it is like home away from home. We are looking forward to coming back when the pool is finished. Construction was pretty loud in the mornings but the view was well worth it.

Spring break stay

The condo is great and has many extra kitchen appliances. There were beach towels and beach chairs there which is a big plus! There was construction going on when we where they so parking was difficult at times. Overall great location with great views and nearby restaurants.

Amazing beach condo

This condo is beautiful, spacious and provides everything you'll need for a perfect beach vacation. It was well stocked with most everything you need, and it was even more gorgeous in person than pictured. Also, it was very clean and we loved the screened-in balcony. The beach was private and views from the condo were spectacular.

Beach Front Condo

The property sits on the beach and offers beautiful sunsets and access to the beach. Several small things at this property could have improved our experience. Multiple remotes to the televisions had no instructions for their use thus causing much time spent trying to get the tv to work. The entry hallway was dark causing it to be impossible to see the numbers on the entry pad. Had to use flashlight each time. No instructions for “key to the elevator”No towel racks in the sink area of the master bath as well as no soap dish near the tub. Guest bathroom shower head loose and no soap racks in shower. Too many keys and entry codes. Uncomfortable sofa and chair. Only two dish towels for kitchen. Balcony needs pull down shades and ceiling fans. Balcony was unbearable in afternoon due to heat and shades would have helped. Fans provided were dirty and floor fans did not work.

Great view!

The balcony provides a great view of the ocean/beach. The condo was clean and the amenities were perfect! We especially loved all the beach equipment that we could use during our short stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to come back!

Gulf front condo.

The property was very clean and as described.It is a very nice location. Had some issues though. When we arrived we opened the sliding glass door and the handle feel off and never got fixed but i guess it was because it had to be ordered. The guest toilet would not flush called the management company and sent a plumber out the next day, thought it was fixed but was not after we tried to use it. They did replace to whole toilet. Had to share one toilet for 3 days which was uncomfortable for some of our family. After 2 or 3 people took showers we would run out of hot water and a few of us had to take cold showers or wait a while to get warm water. Other then the few issues the condos location was great and the beach was beautiful.

Great sunset view

Enjoyed a 3 night stay in this condo. It was clean and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved the sunset view over the Gulf of Mexico from the screened in porch. Would happily return if I'm ever back in the area.

Beach Days

I would of given this place a perfect score, but the pool and shower after the beach, they were being worked on. I specifically sent an email asking if the pool was available the dates we were down there, and was emailed back yes it will be. Hard a fun time and this place was great for me and my family!

Great property and location

Everything about the property was great. Feet from the beach. Check in was a bit of a mess, we got a ton of texts and emails and none of them had the access code to get in the building. So we had to call and get it. We were told early check in might be available so we got to the beach early. We couldn’t check in one minute early. At check out, the cleaners showed up 5 mins early and seemed shocked we were still there.

Great location and views!

Near by lots of great food places and beach was never crowded. Quick drive to John’s Pass. Location was quiet and never had any disturbances from the neighbors or next door resorts. We stayed in unit 201 and the parking space was hard to find and difficult to get into. We have a Tahoe and had to do a 3 point turn to get into it. Other than that it was great. Plenty of towels and stocked kitchen. In unit laundry was big plus!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is beautifully updated and comfortable. The bathrooms are modern with a really nice shower, big kitchen with all new appliances, comfortable beds, large tvs, and an amazing screened in porch with a view from the corner unit overlooking the Gulf. Everything you need for an awesome vacation. Arie Dam 201 is a must stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you.

Beautiful Condo

What a great beach front condo. We loved that the balcony was screened in and that we could just walk straight onto the beach from the property. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and John’s Pass is a short drive away. Having chairs and beach toys already at the property was a bonus. Only negatives were the ice maker didn’t make ice, and the elevator wasn’t trustworthy…we got stuck once for over 20 minutes and the elevator company said it’s a reoccurring problem. Even with that issue we would still stay here again!

We love this condo

We didn't realize we had stayed here before, because of all the amazing remodeling!! So beautiful So clean So relaxing Also, I really like that it's a corner lo (more windows), has two screened in porches (with metal railings), the master bedroom has an amazing view, and the TVs are HUGE!! The pool is so nice and warm and the hot tub was phenomenal. Madiera is one of our favorites and this condo is one of our favorites! It also has some great beach and pool toys, plus we left some for others to enjoy!

We were very happily surprised by this spacious condo. It is walking distance to good restaurants and just a few minutes drive to the John Pass where shopping was fun. The quality and taste of the decor, appliances, furniture, TVs etc was outstanding! Loved it!

Beautiful condo beautiful beach

The unit is very comfortable and modern very close to the beach. The building only has 19 units so the beach is not crowded. It’s a great location. This is an end unit so is significantly bigger and has a side view. The best part is the screened porch looking directly at the water. We loved it.

A perfect place for a beach vacation

We loved our time at Madeira Beach and couldn’t have found a better place to call home for the week. The location was perfect and the condo was clean, updated and so comfortable for my family. Just a few steps off the elevator you had your choice of pool or beach. Clearwater was a quick trip up the road for the busier city fun but then returning to the quiet of Madiera was just right for us. Thank you for sharing your space with us! It was a vacation we will remember for years to come and hope to return soon!

Amazing!

There are no words to explain the view of the sunset from this condo or the view of the beach. It was absolutely amazing. The condo was well prepared for guests, we were worried with the 2 & 3 year old bringing enough things to keep them occupied but the closet was stocked with so many items for pool or beach play. Plenty of spare towels, extra blankets and pillows. Was a wonderful time for all of us! Looking forward to booking again in the future.
