These 5 bedrooms will BLOW YOU AWAY! Each have their own smart TV. The most unique (& fun!) room is one of the bunk bedrooms, which has a full-over-queen bunk & a twin-over-twin bunk (4 beds total), along with a slide!
There are 4 remaining bedrooms; three with 1 king bed in each, and the fifth bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunk.

There are 2 full bathrooms throughout this home. The private ensuite master bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The second bathroom in this home is accessible from the hallway, including a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only.

The kitchen is bright & open, with brand new stainless steel appliances. With lots of counter space and bar top seating, it's a great kitchen for entertaining!
Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright and welcoming. The formal dining room seats 12 (plus 6 high top seats), and there is also a second dining table in the backyard.

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.
This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit
Pet Fee is $75 per pet, max of 4 pets.
ℹ️ HOUSE RULES:
1. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 16, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Events/Parties: Not allowed.
3. Additional Guests: Please inform us if you wish to have any additional guests. Additional fees may apply.
4. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be registered before check-in. Kindly clean up after them to maintain our pristine outdoor spaces.
5. Good Neighbor Policy: Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 9am, avoid trespassing on neighboring properties, and engage positively with neighbors.
6. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke outside but please dispose of waste properly.
7. Grill Use: We are pleased to offer a grill for your enjoyment. However, please do NOT use charcoal in the grill under any circumstances. Using charcoal will damage the grill, resulting in costly repairs or replacement. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fee for the replacement cost.
8. Propane: Kindly close the propane tanks after use. We do not supply propane but refills are available at local stores.
9. Trash Segregation: Please segregate your trash during your stay. Ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the garbage bins. Do not place any loose trash in the cans, and do not leave any trash or bags of trash on the ground outside.
10. Accidents: If any damage or stains occur, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
11. Cleaning: We kindly ask that you keep the unit tidy, as excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Also, if not following our rules leads to us having to refund or discount a future guest, you may be responsible for those costs.
12. Check-Out Time: We want to ensure our cleaners have enough time to prepare the house for our next guests. Please ensure you follow the check-out time at 10 am (unless otherwise agreed upon). Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 every 30 minutes.

Violations such as excessive noise, unauthorized guests, failure to follow parking guidelines, tampering with security equipment, or disturbing the community may result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or cancellation of your reservation.
