[Remodel completed June 2022] Stay in the beautiful Woodlawn Neighborhood of St. Petersburg in this gorgeous bungalow home. This fun and completely renovated two bedroom house can accommodate up to six guests comfortable and has plenty of open space to plan your excursions or relax and rejuvenate.

You're only 6 minutes to downtown, 2 minutes to interstate, 11 miles to the main gulf beaches, 90 minutes to Disney World , 25 minutes to Busch Gardens, & 20 minutes to Tampa Int'l Airport.

The space:
You will get a GORGEOUS, modern yet quaint, recently renovated space with everything you need for a stay in St. Pete. Kick back and enjoy your vacation in style!

Your fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook an amazing meal for your family or co-travelers!

We also have beach chairs, cooler, and beach umbrella stored at the house to help make your beach days relaxing and enjoyable! We just ask that you take care of our beach items and make sure you return them in the same condition you found them.

To help wind down later in the evening our 60" HD TV offers YouTubeTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video & Music, Pandora (no commercials), and a host of other apps for your enjoyment.

Everything is accessible to our guests. Nuestra casa es su casa! If you are travelling with a dog you MUST disclose this ahead of time and get the size and breed approved (our insurance requires pre approval of all dogs).

Keyless entry - we'll provide you with a custom code which you'll use throughout your visit;

While this is a stand alone home, this is also a shared property - while there is plenty of outside common space, patio furniture, etc. please don't expect exclusive use of the full property (land).
