- Main bedroom has a king bed with Smart TV, closet space and en suite bathroom attached

- Second bedroom has a queen bed with Smart TV 50" and closet space

- Third bedroom has 2 twin beds, plus work desk and closet space

- We have a full bathroom located right next to the two last bedrooms, equipped with a bathtub and safety grab bars for added support in case of mobility issues.

• Amazing outdoor area with patio furniture

• 240V Jacuzzi, which means no waiting around for it to heat up—it stays ready for you to enjoy! The Jacuzzi is professionally serviced every week, and we also provide additional cleaning supplies in case of heavy use.

• BBQ grill available for a **$50 fee** (one-time), which covers propane and cleaning (before/after use)

• Stunning and relaxing fully fenced backyard, perfect for your dogs to run around and enjoy!

Guest Access:

Guest has access to the whole house except one closet in the living room and shed.



Other Things to Note:

BBQ Rental: We offer a BBQ grill for guest use, with propane included. The rental fee is $50 and covers cleaning before and after your stay, a full propane tank, and BBQ utensils.

SPA: is serviced every Tuesday. The technician accesses the backyard through the side gate, so there is no need to enter the house. We also keep spa supplies in the laundry room in case of heavy use.

CAMERAS: For security purposes, there is one exterior camera located above the rear patio facing the backyard. The camera monitors the backyard and hot tub area and records video only. Also, for those who wish to enjoy the backyard, please note that while the yard is fully fenced, it is not completely private. Some neighboring homes are situated on slightly higher ground and may have visibility into portions of the backyard area. We encourage guests to keep this in mind while using the outdoor amenities.
