4. Bedroom with four (3) TWIN beds. Full closet, Dresser and Smart TV.

• Beautiful large sunroom that is encased in windows on all sides that overlook the pool and the intercoastal waterway

• Three (3) large leather couches provide plenty of seating for an all-day experience watching boats go by

• Provides access to the outdoor pool deck area, outdoor patio area, and the lanai

• Large family room with two (2) spacious leather couches and two (2) armchairs, large Smart TV, with access to the outside Lanai

• Large laundry area between the kitchen and the garage with new washer and dryer
