La Roccia Wellness Hotel

"Sehr gut zu finden, tolle Parksituation und sogar eine kostenfreie Garage. Der Empfang war freundlich und unkompliziert, wir wurden persönlich zum Zimmer begleitet. Nach langer Anreise hätten wir uns über ein Getränk oder einen Kaffee gefreut. Zimmer: Sehr sauber, mit traumhaftem Balkon und Blick auf Pool und Berge. Die 6. Etage war für uns perfekt. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel enttäuschend sind jedoch der nicht mehr zeitgemäße Fernseher, der Minikühlschrank und vor allem die fehlende Klimaanlage. Der Standventilator kühlte kaum, sodass wir nachts mehrfach verschwitzt aufwachten. Anlage & Pool: Wunderschön gestaltet und besonders abends beeindruckend. Der Infinity-Pool ist ein Highlight: warmes Wasser und ein atemberaubender Bergblick. Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Noch schöner wäre der Blick auf eine grüne Wiese statt teilweise auf die Straße. Schade, dass die Poolbar erst ab 16:30 Uhr öffnet. 5 € für eine Cola fanden wir teuer. SPA: Ein echtes Highlight! Sehr schön, ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders der Relaxing Room mit Ausblick ist traumhaft. Frühstück: Sehr lecker. Die frisch zubereiteten Pancakes und Waffeln waren hervorragend – unbedingt danach fragen! Service & Check-out: Sehr freundlicher Service. Unser Gepäck wurde bis ins Auto gebracht. Das Abschiedsgeschenk mit Nudeln war eine tolle Geste. Ein wunderschönes Wellnesshotel mit tollem SPA, Infinity-Pool, Bergblick und sehr gutem Service. Vor allem die fehlende Klimaanlage passt für uns jedoch nicht zum 5-Sterne-Ansp"

"The hotel is in an excellent location. Whether you want a quiet getaway or have fun outdoors, this is the place. What we really loved was that our room has A/C and in the summer that itself is priceless. The best part are the staff. We arrived late and the staff helped us where we can find good meals around. On checkout day, we needed some pain medication. Even thought it was a Sunday, the front desk staff made a call to a local pharmacy to let them know we were coming. That effort is so much appreciated. There were lots of activities outside too— pool, air hockey, fussball, and outdoor seating restaurant."

"Overall, we had a great stay at Lefay Dolomiti. The property is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms and an outstanding three-level spa. Despite its size, it never felt crowded and it was always easy to find a place to relax. The massages were excellent, and we really enjoyed the activities organized by the hotel with knowledgeable guides. The location is fantastic, and the complimentary bikes are a great way to explore the area. The Michelin-starred Grual restaurant was excellent, with outstanding food and impeccable service. Unfortunately, the Dolomia restaurant was disappointing, both at dinner and breakfast. The staff were consistently slow, inattentive, and often made mistakes with our orders. Dinner service was mediocre, and the food was average, not worth the premium prices. Waiting over 20 minutes for someone to clear our plates after finishing dinner is not what you expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was also below expectations. The pastries and bread tasted pre-made instead of freshly baked. At this level, the hotel should have its own pastry chef or source products from a high-quality local bakery. The coffee was poor, and our egg orders were wrong about half the time. A fantastic hotel let down by inconsistent service and food quality at Dolomia."
