„Bis Nachts um 2 Uhr wurde in den Nachbarzimmern und in den Gängen Party gefeiert und randaliert. Schlafen war daher nur sehr begrenzt möglich. Das Hotelpersonal hat leider nichts unternommen, um für etwas Ruhe zu sorgen.“

„My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern.“

„That is a good place for travelling. Hotel is new, room is clean, price is good if you book early. Only one minus point is a noise on the upstair, sometimes it is hard to sleep well.“

„Terrible experience. Let’s start with the fact the the AC was broken in the whole hotel, it was hot summer and there were no fans available. At the reception we were told that the owner will issue us a full refund but later on we found out it will only be partial refund. They knew about the AC issue’s already from the afternoon so they could have informed customers or bought fans on time. It was impossible to sleep in that heat. „Unser erstes Zimmer roch arg nach gebratenem Fisch, nach Zimmer-wechsel bekamen wir eins mit Bratkartoffel Geruch. Das ist wohl der Nachteil, wenn eine Küche im Zimmer ist. In der Bettwäsche waren noch Flecken vom Vorgänger deutlich zu sehen, wir ließen die Betten erst nochmal neu beziehen! Naja, und in den Handtüchern waren einige lange schwarze Haare, (wir sind hell und haben kurze Haare) die waren also nicht von uns. „Had a lot of problems but staff were quick to get them fix. The pool is out of service and was told it should not be shown on websites. Iron bord was broken and stuffed in the closet. Glasses were not properly washed floors had stains walls had patches was missing remote in the bed room. I talked to staff about it and they were quick to handle it so the was big to be me. Funny I would probably go back due to staff.“
