„Bis Nachts um 2 Uhr wurde in den Nachbarzimmern und in den Gängen Party gefeiert und randaliert. Schlafen war daher nur sehr begrenzt möglich. Das Hotelpersonal hat leider nichts unternommen, um für etwas Ruhe zu sorgen.“

„Terrible experience. Let’s start with the fact the the AC was broken in the whole hotel, it was hot summer and there were no fans available. At the reception we were told that the owner will issue us a full refund but later on we found out it will only be partial refund. They knew about the AC issue’s already from the afternoon so they could have informed customers or bought fans on time. It was impossible to sleep in that heat. „The buildings and rooms are designed nicely. But the hallways smell of smoke. Even though there are no smoking signs throughout the buildings and rooms. The cigarette and marijuana smoke smell gets into the room. The front desk staff and breakfast staff are very friendly, delightful people.“

„Unser erstes Zimmer roch arg nach gebratenem Fisch, nach Zimmer-wechsel bekamen wir eins mit Bratkartoffel Geruch. Das ist wohl der Nachteil, wenn eine Küche im Zimmer ist. In der Bettwäsche waren noch Flecken vom Vorgänger deutlich zu sehen, wir ließen die Betten erst nochmal neu beziehen! Naja, und in den Handtüchern waren einige lange schwarze Haare, (wir sind hell und haben kurze Haare) die waren also nicht von uns.
