„We had a fantastic week long stay. It was a quiet community of condos and any neighbors we saw were very friendly. As mentioned, the beach sand does have a lot of sea glass, which is in no fault of any owners...it is coming in from the ocean as far as we could tell. Most glass pieces had been worn down smooth, but there were newer sharp pieces as well, which is unfortunate. Keep that in mind if you have children coming on vacation with you. „Our fourth trip to SXM. Appartment as described and really nice. Moune and her husband perfect hosts. But this year really water problems on french side. During 17 days only two days with water full running. So better contact first Moune before booking and ask for appartments with a cistern.“

„This place is at the end of the busy part of the Main Street in town. We knew it was next to a cafe but didn’t realize the cafe is also a bar, so there was music till midnight.
